The Vat will only be refunded on receipt of valid proof of exportation (Bill of Lading) in compliance with
HM Customs & Excise Notice 703 paragraph 3.5. To be valid the goods must be exported within 3 months of the date of sale and valid proof thereof must be provided within the same time limit. |
